ARRIVE TO COSTA RICA
Arrive at the International Airport. One of our representatives will meet you at the airport to welcome you and provide private van transportation to your hotel. Check in at the Asclepios Wellness & Healing Retreat for a seven night stay. MEALS: D
Day 02-07
ENHANCING YOUR BODY VITAL ENERGY
During these days you will be immersed on a revitalization program specially designed to stimulate and boost your immune system through healthy live food nutrition, rich on enzymes, plus healthy lifestyle therapies in search of a balance of body, mind and spirit. MEALS: B-L-D
About Meals:
Fresh and delicious organic live-food meals plus raw juices and smoothies containing biogenic (high life force), key enzymes, vitamins, alkalinizing minerals, and trace minerals that help to neutralize toxic acidity. Meals served will also improve the micro-electrical tension in the tissue and improve the cells’ ability to absorb nutrients and excrete metabolic waste. We will incorporate as well blue green algae, seaweed, bee pollen, sprouts and other foods which contain high amounts of concentrated vitamins, minerals, enzymes, complete proteins and essential fatty acids. We will also share with you our natural lifestyle kitchen with a cooking class and a nutrition consultation.
About Therapies & Treatments:
Therapies included during your stay feature meditation, which has been proven effective by scientific research as a healing modality as well as movement therapy sessions and yoga sessions. Also, you will learn the ancient Tibetan rites of rejuvenation for strength and balance as well as enjoying walks over the beautiful trails of El Cacao jungle, rich in natural biodiversity.
