ARRIVE TO COSTA RICA
Arrive at the International Airport. One of our representatives will meet you at the airport to welcome you and provide private van transportation to your hotel in Alajuela. Check in at the Asclepios Wellness & Healing Retreat for a three night stay. MEALS: D
Day 02-03
ANTI STRESS & VITAL ENERGY ENHANCEMENT
During these days you will be immersed on an anti stress and revitalization program specially designed to restore your whole being to a natural state of balance through healthy live food nutrition, rich on enzymes, plus healthy lifestyle therapies in search of a balance of body, mind and spirit. About Meals
Fresh and delicious organic live-food meals plus raw juices and smoothies containing biogenic (high life force), key enzymes, vitamins, alkalinizing minerals, and trace minerals that help to neutralize toxic acidity. Meals served will also improve the micro-electrical tension in the tissue and improve the cells’ ability to absorb nutrients and excrete metabolic waste. We will incorporate as well blue green algae, seaweed, bee pollen, sprouts and other foods which contain high amounts of concentrated vitamins, minerals, enzymes, complete proteins and essential fatty acids.
About Therapies & Treatments
Therapies included during your stay feature a floatation room therapy, which has been proven effective by scientific research as a healing modality as well as movement therapy sessions such as Pilates, Aquafit and yoga sessions. Also, enjoy the use of the fitness center and water therapy suites including an ionized tempered pool, cold plunge, Jacuzzi and Kneipp.

Day 04
ARENAL VOLCANO
At mid morning, depart on private van transportation from San Jose to Arenal. Upon arrival check in at Arenal Kioro Resort for a three night stay. You will be welcomed with an Aroma Swedish Dream massage, which incorporates long, flowing and kneading strokes. These soothing techniques relieve tired muscles, increase circulation and induce a state of complete relaxation. Perfect for someone’s first massage or for that person that just wants a soothing, relaxing massage. MEALS: B
Day 05
THE VOLCANO & HOT-SPRINGS
Enjoy a morning guided tour visit to Arenal Volcano National Park for a walk through its forest trails and past lava flows. During the activity you will learn about volcanoes, eruptions and contributions to the nearby town development models. Also, enjoy a walk through El Silencio trail to explore the primary tropical rain forest and finish at the Arenal Volcano observation point, which offer the closest and most direct lava flow vista. During the afternoon, relax at the hotel natural hot-springs, rich in mineral waters for excellent benefits to the skin. Enjoy in 8 different pools with hydro-massages to leave behind the stress and assure a truly relaxing experience MEALS: B
Day 06
PEÑAS BLANCAS RIVER FLOAT
Meet your guide at morning for drive to the Peñas Blancas River to enjoy a floating trip down the river. Your guide will share with you information of the different flora and fauna of the region while searching for interesting species such as sloths, monkeys, toucans and crocodiles among others. Rest of the day at leisure for independent activities. MEALS: B
Day 07
SAN JOSE
After check out from your hotel, meet one of our representatives for private van transportation service back to San Jose. Upon arrival, check in for a one night stay at the Real Intercontinental hotel. MEALS: B
Day 08
At the appropriate time, private transportation to the International Airport for your return flight home. MEALS: B
