Day 01
ARRIVE TO COSTA RICA
Arrive at the International Airport. One of our representatives will meet you at the airport to welcome you and provide private van transportation to your hotel. Check in at the Hampton Inn & Suites hotel for a one night stay.
Day 02
TAMARINDO BEACH
After check out from your hotel, meet one of our representatives for transportation to a local airstrip to check in for a domestic flight to Tamarindo, located on the north-pacific coast of Costa Rica. Upon arrival, one of our representatives will provide you transportation to your hotel. Check in for a two night stay at Capitan Suizo hotel. Also, you will be welcomed with a Costa Rica lava stone massage at the hotel spa, while listening to the gentle murmur of the waves. MEALS: B
Day 03
TAMARINDO BEACH
Today, relax at the tropical pool at your hotel or explore beautiful Tamarindo and Langosta beaches. Also, you may inquire to partake on other interesting tours available in the area.

Day 04
NOSARA BEACH
After check out from your hotel, meet one of our representatives for transportation to a local airstrip to check in for a domestic flight to Nosara beach, located further south along the Pacific Coast. Upon arrival, one of our representatives will provide you transportation to your hotel. Check in for a four night stay at the Harmony Hotel. MEALS: B
Day 05
MAKE A DIFFERENCE…
Start your day with a fabulous Gentle Flow Yoga class great for beginners. Afterwards, join us to help Proyecto Niños, a non-profit organization which support the improvement of the local public school system. The project includes the construction of kitchens, bathrooms, libraries, computer rooms and playgrounds. We will stop at one of the 6 local schools and share with the students. Be it your language, musical, artistic or professional skills, all visitors are welcome. Remember that school supplies such as pencils, pens, paint or just about everything else is welcome. Day 06
ENJOYING NOSARA
Start your day with a Yoga class for deep relaxation and even an early group meditation. Also, enjoy at the beach or at the tropical pool at your hotel. Also, you may inquire to partake on other interesting tours available in the area. MEALS: B
Day 07
YOGA & RELAXATION
After a meditation and Yoga class at morning, rest of the day will be at leisure. At late afternoon you will enjoy a Banana Bliss therapy at the hotel to restore your skin after your stay in Costa Rica´s pacific coast. We will moisturize and replenish your skin with banana’s essential oils and yummy fats. Day 08
SAN JOSE
After check out from your hotel, meet one of our representatives for transportation to a local airstrip to check in for a domestic flight back to San Jose. Upon arrival, private van transportation from the airport to your hotel. Overnight at the Hampton Inn & Suites. MEALS: B
Day 09
At the appropriate time, private transportation to the International Airport for your return flight home. MEALS: B
