Poas Volcano & Sarchi Village

Join your guide at morning for a scenic drive through picturesque towns with dairy farms and coffee plantations toward the Poas Volcano National Park. The area is home to a dwarf cloud forest and two impressive craters, one of them of 400 meter-diameter and still active and another which holds a beautiful lake.  After walking around the active and dormant craters, visit early in the afternoon the town of Sarchi, famous for its artisan gift shops and wood works.
